The Industrial Revolution had many major impacts. The warfare conduction and weapons used have transformed because of the Industrial Revolution. Governments spend more focus and money on military, for example, the governments made a permanency for arms which had never existed in the warfare before. This is an evolution of technology as the government used new warfare technologies, like poisonous gas, and strategies, like trench warfare, to win wars.
Another result of the Industrial Revolution is that economies thrived as manufacturing and technologies grew. This graph shows that economies grew a lot as their income per person increased (GDP/ Per Capita) increased rapidly near the end of the Industrial Revolution. The evolution of technology has made this possible, because the manufacturing companies have better technology to manufacture food, as they shifted to using machinery that produced goods quicker and cheaper. This increased the number of jobs and people got more money during these years than previous years.
